Don't spend the money on this quiver. The hood is nice to cover Rage broadheads however they rattle inside the hood. The sliding bar that adjust for arrow length fails to tighten all the way down. It creates a slight rattle. When you try and tighten it, the small screws will strip out.
Well I bought this quiver this year and have not even tried it in the tree stand yet. Been practicing at the range with it though. I like the quiver but I do have some cons about it. First the Pros-I like the 5 arrow capacity and I love the grip. My arrows do not move whatsoever. It does make my bow quiet as well which does help. I also like the coffin locking mechanism. Now the cons-The quiver seems to be loose a little when it is locked in. I have tightened it once so far but it came loose so we will see after I tighten it again. The hood is a good idea but I really wish it had a grip on the inside too. My rage heads rattle in side like no other. When i walk with it, it'll rattle as well. So whats the point in having this for the rage heads when i will probably go with a fixed broad head now due to that complaint. Anyways, all in all, it's a good quiver but can be better. Would I recommend it to any hunter? Depends on who you are and what you prefer I guess.
I'm not just trolling. This is the worst quiver I have owned to date. I will be contacting the manufacter as soon as possible. The overall construction of the quiver is just poor. The first time I adjusted the length I striped out the screws. They only have about 4-5 threads & they go into aluminum & bottom against the carbon fiber rods. I'm not just one of those guys that tightens everything till it breaks. I only wanted to stop the rods from shaking & moving, wich they still wabble even after adjusting 2-3 times eventually stripping the holes. No real benefit over any other quiver really. I like the Tight Spot alot better. Also, something that bugged me is the way it released. Nice & easy to remove, but its metal on metal? e.g. very noisy. So, in short its fragile & noisy. Find a better quiver. Does kinda look nice. lol
Used it for my antelope and Elk hunt last season. Kept my rage 2 blade heads closed like it was supposed to. Didn't have to worry about one or both blades being pre-deployed everytime i took it out of the quiver. Great product.
