Bought it at the sale price. Paired it with a 6'8" St Croix Legend. Very light and sensitive combo. The green is a lot nicer in person than it shows on the web.

Brutally Smooth

I used two of these for 9 days straight, 9 hours a day on Lake Powell (using 10 lb. test, throwing 3/8 & 1/2 oz. lures). Silky smooth is the only way I can describe it. 5 lb stripers were no challenge. Instant anti-reverse meant quick hook sets (stripers nail it hard). Drag was smooth, never binding or chattering. Cabela's knew what they were doing when the put their brand on this reel.

the best reel I've ever had.Very lite and smooth.Works great so far.haven't had it long enough to say how it holds up but so far so good.
