Works Great, Mostly
Date:
I bought this rangefinder and have used it for two bow seasons now. And a little turkey.
PROS- Angle Compensation (Its amazing some of the differences in ranges looking down a hill)
- Scan Mode (I wouldnt buy a bowhunting rangefindiner without this)
- Realiable- If you click the button, its gonna give you an accurate reading.
CONS- I assume this is true with most rangfinders, but its HORRIBLE in low light (If you know where the deer go tho, range trees, its hard to range a ruttin buck anyway)
- Its only a Bowhunting rangefinder, the most on a deer is the 100 yards, I have picked trees up at longer distances but if you want a gun hunting rangefinder too, DONT BUY, unless you will have to buy two, like I have to.
Simply, I slightly regret buying it for the last Con espessially. But it is excellent for solely bowhunters.

Nice Range Finder
Date:
I bought this a few weeks ago, I haven't used it yet for bow hunting yet this year, ( i will update it when I have used it during hunting) the reason I gave it 5 stars is cause its very easy to use, light weight, durable. I use it in my 3-d range and use it when its sunny and use it when the sun goes down to simulate a last minute shot of a big buck. And it works great. So hopefully it will work when as good when hunting comes.

Decent range finder but not perfect.
Date:
I got this range finder at the beginning of the 2010 season. I initially liked it becasue i wasn't shooting more than 30 yards, however that is about the farthest this thing will range to. i had a buck walking past my stand about 40-45 yards that I would have shot if I knew the distance but the range finder couldnt tell the distance. Just displayed 3 dashes. I would have understood if it was foggy, but it was crystal clear with no obstructions. My buddy 40 yards away wound up getting the 8pt since his was a 30 yard shot. I was a little bummed that I could have had the buck, but wouldn't shoot at the animal as I am a horrible judge of distance. that is why I bought this thing... so I would reccomend this range finder to hunters who are thick woods or don't take shots more than 30-35 yards. Anyone else, I would look elsewhere.
