Leupold® RX-750 TBR Compact Laser Rangefinder

  • True Ballistic Range inclinometer
  • Quick Set Rotary Menu for fast and easy readings
  • 6X magnification for a closer look at your target
  • Multicoated for clarity in low-light settings
Once you've experienced the superior technology the RX-750 has to offer, all other rangefinders may seem ballistically challenged. The RX-750 has True Ballistic Range™ capability - a revolutionary technology that uses a built-in inclinometer to provide ballistic range rather than straight-line distance to the target. Includes three archery and seven rifle ballistics settings that make it quick and easy to place shots with consistent accuracy. Rifle settings work in conjunction with Leupold's Ballistic Aiming System™ reticles for long-range shooting applications. Enhanced digital signal processing and a simplified Quick Set Rotary Menu™ make it quick and easy to obtain accurate distance measurements. Get a closer look at your target using the 6X magnification and three user-selectable reticles. All lenses are multicoated to alleviate light loss. Weatherproof. Displays distance in yards and meters. Fold-down eyecups. Field of view: 325 ft.

Leupold RX-750 TBR Compact Laser Rangefinder
Date:
The Leupold RX-750 TBR Compact Laser Rangefinder, is ideal for both the Rifle and Bow shooter wether at the range or out in the field. Read all instructions prior to use as it will make set up and operations of the rangefinder a lot more easy. The RX-750 has a max range of 750 yards line of sight regardless if its in bow or rifle mode as 2 distances are displayed in yards or meters depending on your preference. When in bow mode your max ballistic range will be 70 yards but LOS will still be displayed for you. You have 3 reticle patterns to choose from which really do not differ that much apart however you still have that option to choose. So far I have only used this item at the rifle range which help me zero at 200 yards. But I have used this in the field as well as target for archery and this item was a great help. The only down side to this product is that there is no Brush mode so when trying to range through thick brush it may or may not give you the most accurate data. Non the less it works through some if not all light brush. I have thus far had no problems with this item and have no major issues other then thick brush.

It's OK..

I've been playin with this for a while now, and I have discovered two important facts about this unit.
One, you have to keep fresh batteries in it.
Two, in order for the unit to range out past 300 yards, it must stay warm. If you allow it to get cold, like out hunting, it wont range well. If you keep it close to the body where it will stay warm, it will range out to 600 yards fairly well on most surfaces. You also must try several times for it to read at longer ranges. It won't read the first time you press the button most of the time.
All in all, it a pretty good unit for the money. I like it's compactness, features, and ease of use. But if you need a unit to get out past 600 yards, you would be better off with the RX- 1000.

Great rangefinder
Date:
The RX-750 TBR is accurate and easy to use. Read and follow the instructions and you'll be ready to go in 5 minutes. The TBR function is what separated this from others (for me# since many times the animals are on hill sides higher than me at long ranges #300+ yards) and I know where to hold the scope reticle if I know the range.
I lased a big white tail buck at 454 yards, so I'm sure it can out-range my ability to hit a large white tail deer.

I have many Leupold scopes and love them. This rangefinder on the other hand is the worst thing I have ever had. It's complicated to set up, and has a hard time ranging beond 150 yards. It is slow to calculate, and not consistent on hitting the target. I was on an antelope hunt and couldn't even range trees or rocks at 300 yards with it. I just got the Nikon 550 Rifle Hunter and love it ( I'm not even a Nikon fan) it ranges way faster and no problems out to 500 so far !
