Really lets in the light, 2 to 1 over the 600. Point and shoot, very easy to use. Have had mine for several seasons now, does everything I would want in a quality range finder, Good Job Leupold!

This is one of the best rangefinders I have ever used. Anyone could literally take it out of the box and and use it without the instructions. Love the red lettering inside optic, highly visible in low light conditions. Unit also has USB built in to download your specific Rifle\\Shotgun\\Muzzleloader and loads to calculate everything for you (Have not yet used this feature, but will be soon). If you are looking for a rangefinder, I would definetly give this one a try!!

Read several product reviews from three different websites.Tested different brands in stores (did my home work for a large $ purchase) bought the Leopold. Clear, nitrogen filled, works great. Buy it, sit down and read the directions, read the directions again with the unit in your hand, program it and it works like a dream. You can pay more if you want to, but the Leopold will last forever. Thanks Cabelas!

This range finders works great and every time. the 6x optics, and the lighted site makes the 1000 tbr a winner in my book. This is what I was looking for. The only draw back is they should have a muzzleloader mode. But this ranger finder works everytime. I am happy with this product.
