I have used the Leica range finder for several years with great success. Exceptionally clear optics. The range finder works as advertised. I have used it extensively and would recommend it to anyone. The extra price is worth it.

The clear images, light gathering at dawn & dust are excellent. Good magnification and the lighted orange read out can be read under any conditions. Also quite water tight, I was out on the stand in the rain and didn't notice that the eye piece had filled with water for an hour plus - dumped it out - it was fine. In cold weather have never had a fogging issue.
