RAM® Marine Spotlight

Penetrate the night sky to safely locate your favorite fishing location or your way back to the ramp at night with this ultra-bright 70,000 candlepower spotlight. Rubber-armored exterior protects the light from harsh on-the-water abuse, and it makes the light extremely water-resistant. Rubber-sheathed, push-button switch for easy, reliable operation in any weather. Plug it into an existing cigarette lighter or use the included adapter to hook directly to a 12-V battery. Both let you swivel the spotlight side to side, up and down and anywhere in between to ensure you have light wherever you need it.

Decent light

Not the brightest thing in the world, but works. It gives off enough light to reach the bank about 80 yrds away, but it was just enough to see that there was land over there though and not much else. Being able to plug in and use the battery as a power source is a plus. Wish it would have came with the 1" rail adapter though.

Didn't Work for Me

The light was mounted on my duck boat, which is stored inside. The light seemed to work the 1st time out. .....But one week later after I took the boat and the light out I noticed about one half inch of condensation at the bottom of the lens. A few days later the reflector in the lens rusted off and fell to the bottom of the lens.

9 days after I installed the light on my boat the reflector had rusted off and the back of the light had several patches of rust about an inch square.

The replacement light arrived yesterday. I sure hope the problems with the first light were just an anomaly.

Excellent light

This is an excellent light that has a great mounting system, light is nice and bright, perfect for night fishing. Looks great too.

I use this for a rear light on my ATV when plowing snow. It gives plenty of light is fully adjustable and has a solid base that assures the light stays where it is pointed. Also have on on my bass boat attached to a hand rail.
