They aren't as good as the boom mike set that came with the radios. I had some initial problems with them staying in place, due my inexperience with them. After using them for a while, I had a much easier time getting the headset to stay.

Earpiece was uncomfortable. I was having difficulty with boom mic sets due to durability so I tried this ear wrap headset. Had to move mic to mouth in order to talk which was cumbersome in hunting situation. I will go back to the boom-type mic set.
