I bought this quiver for my Bear Kodiak Magnum bow. After mounting it, I discovered I couldn't get it tight enough. It always vibrated/buzzed when I'd launch an arrow. Additionally, it caused the bow's lower limb to fight the upper limb when drawing. As a result I'd have to force the bow down to get on target. It was tiring. I then had an idea--I'd reverse the way the quiver mounts to the bow. In other words, I mounted the quiver so that it was forward of the bow riser rather than beside the riser (I'm right handed). Doing this, quieted the quiver and allowed the loaded quiver to act as a stabilizer by keeping the lower limb from wanting to kick up. It also allowed me to hold the bow with a natural cant. I coverd the point cover with fleece from a worn out jacket and it is now quieter than a similar quiver I have on a custom recurve. If you want to buy this quiver, be prepared to do some experimenting with mounting it on your bow.
Poor quality all the way around. I like products with some meat on them, and this was just a flimsy, overpriced, primitive way to store arrows. The hard plastic hood will alert deer from miles away when it scratches on sticks. The foam inside wasn't much better and did not securely hold my sharp broadheads. The arrow holder on the bottom of the quiver waqs so tight I was worried it would damage the arrows themselves. Please.....save your money!
