Beautifully set, Caribbean-sea-blue larimar is accented with highly polished sterling silver. Heat and pressure from volcanic lava flows crystallized larimar gemstones eons ago, and they went largely undiscovered until 1974 when a Peace Corps volunteer stumbled across a deposit of the brilliant blue stones along a remote Caribbean seashore. Now it's treasured for its rich blue hues and one-of-a-kind look. The bracelet is fashioned from .925 sterling silver and features a five bezel set of 8mm x 11mm pear-shaped larimar stones. Each is connected with a filigree bar. Five horizontal bars of filigree silver highlight the piece. Comes with a filigree toggle.
