Boldly blaze a new trail with Warn's Zeon Platinum Winch. The Advanced Wireless Remote gives you the ability to engage and disengage the Remote Controlled Clutch, winch-in, winch-out, perform freespooling operations and operate two accessories all from the warmth and comfort of your cab. Remote also monitors vehicle battery charge levels, winch motor temperature and more. An automatic mechanical cone brake produces excellent control while winching. Rugged aluminum structure with powder-coated finish and stainless steel fasteners maximize corrosion resistance, exceeding 400 hours of salt-spray testing. Powerful 12-volt DC series-wound motor utilizes the three-stage planetary gear train to employ strong gears and a heat-treated ring gear for 20% faster line speed, best-in-class efficiency and outstanding durability. Large, lightweight 3.15”-dia. alloy drum with steel sleeve reduces rope wear. Integrated rope anchor makes rope installation easy. Extreme waterproofing meets rigorous IP68 standards. Includes 80' of 3/8” aircraft-grade wire rope with roller fairlead, a USB charging cable and car charger adapter. Convertible control pack can be attached to the winch or remotely mounted for various mounting options and looks (relocation kit required and sold separately). Satin-black powder coating.
