As you do, the fixed, hardened-steel, rough-cut blade makes short work of woody brush and dense undergrowth, and it even cuts through trees up to 1-1/2" thick. Its four-speed transmission delivers fast-to-slow walking speeds, and its reverse gear allows you to back up when you need to. Front safety deflectors keep debris from becoming airborne, and the operator-presence blade engagement and drive control increase the mower's operational safety. Handlebar-mounted controls for easy operation. Large, pneumatic, chevron-tread tires deliver excellent traction. 1-3/4" cutting-height range.
