Consistent 1,000-yd. shots are just the beginning. For extreme long-range shooting, Noreen's Bad News .338 Lapua Semiautomatic Rifle is built for marksmen wanting to eclipse the 2,000-yd. mark. This side-charging semiautomatic has reliable piston-driven operation and a 4-lb. Timney trigger. A Noreen custom muzzle brake is fixed to the end of the blued 26" heavy barrel, generating less recoil than most hunting rifles. Its upper and lower receivers are crafted of 6061 billet aluminum to keep weight to a minimum and have an anodized black finish. The upper receiver has a standard 1913 Picatinny rail for mounting accessories. It's outfitted with a round, free-floating aluminum forearm and an adjustable Magpul PRS stock for custom fitting the rifle. Includes one five- and one ten-round magazine, a hard-sided Plano gun case and instruction manual.
