DPMS Tactical Rifles

From tactical carbines for personal defense and law enforcement to modern sporting rifle applications, DPMS has a trustworthy reputation for producing affordable AR platforms. Each of these models is a gas-operated, rotating-bolt semiautomatic with an 8620 steel bolt carrier plated per military specifications. Rugged synthetic stocks are impervious to the elements.
Available:

• Panther 5.56 NATO Oracle™ – Nearly identical to the AP4 Panther Carbine but with an A3-style flat-top upper to accommodate your choice of optics. Also has an adjustable DPMS Pardus carbine stock.
   
• Panther 7.62 NATO Oracle – Configured with a 16" chrome-moly steel, button-rifled barrel that has an A2 bird-cage flash hider and a Koebl single-rail gas block. Its six-groove rifling has a 1:10 right-hand twist. Six-position adjustable DPMS Pardus carbine stock extends length from 32-1/2" to 36-3/8". Both the upper and lower are T6 aluminum alloy that’s hard-coat anodized per military specifications and Teflon coated. Upper receiver is an A3-style flat top ready to accommodate your choice of optics. It’s outfitted with a dust cover, shell deflector and right-hand ejection. Lower receiver features a standard AR-15 trigger group, integrated trigger guard and aluminum magazine release button. Carbine-length GlacierGuards handguard. Chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO. Each rifle comes with one 19-round magazine and cleaning kit.
   
• Panther LR-308 – Chambered for the proven .308 Winchester cartridge, this firearm bridges the gap between a tactical and alternative sporting rifle. The 24" button-rifled stainless steel bull barrel is matched with a military-spec heat-treated and plated-steel bolt carrier and phosphated steel bolt for superior accuracy and strength. Upper receiver is thick-walled, extruded from 6066-T6 aluminum and hard-coat anodized with a black Teflon coating. Smooth, snag-free design with a raised Picatinny rail for easy scope mounting. The lower receiver is milled from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum and is also hard-coat anodized to military specifications with a Teflon black coating. Integral trigger guard. Aluminum magazine release button. Standard AR-15 trigger group. Military-spec A2 black Zytel stock with a trapdoor assembly and standard-length handguard with a ribbed, free-float tube. Comes with one 19-round magazine, a nylon web sling and cleaning kit.
