The precipitation-collecting rain bucket and easy-to-read LCD display of La Crosse Technology's 724-1710 Wireless Rain Center allow you to check the amount of rainfall from the comfort and convenience of your own home. Self-emptying rain bucket features internal tilting cups that measure from your own yard and display precipitation amounts dating back several months. Color LCD with adjustable brightness shows current temperature, current time in 12/24 hour modes, total rainfall recorded in the last 24 hours and even creates a rainfall-history graph that allows you to view the last seven days, weeks or months with ease. It even boasts animated forecast icons for added convenience. Sensor wirelessly transmits the temperature and trend and can be set to provide temperature alerts for both indoors and out. User-defined rainfall alarm. Outdoor sensor and wireless rain bucket should be occasionally wiped down to remove dust, dirt and other debris. LCD easily wipes clean with a dry cloth. Indoor display, wireless rain bucket and wireless temperature-transmitting sensor operate on two AA batteries each (batteries not included). Imported.
