Crafted by Alaskan guide and biologist Charles Allen, Knives of Alaska are made to handle the roughest abuse and skinning chores professionals could put them through in some of the most challenging conditions on the planet. Each has been extensively field-tested by experts on hunts around the globe to ensure it is worthy of the Knives of Alaska name. Also, combo includes a 4" sharpening steel with 325-grit and 600-grit diamond-coated surfaces for fast in-the-field sharpening chores. Only the finest blade steels are used in the Knives of Alaska Series. This combo teams the Alpha Wolf with the Cub Bear.
The Alpha Wolf Drop-Point Hunter is a formidable field-dressing knife that is constructed from CPMS30V stainless steel. Melonite finish on the 3-3/4" blade enhances durability and aesthetic appeal. The Suregrip rubber handle ensures a firm hold on the knife while working. Overall length is 7-7/8".
The Cub Bear is a lightweight caping knife with finger notches in front of the rubber handle to provide precise control. Overall length is 6-1/2" with a 2-3/4" cutting edge. Premium leather sheath included. Teamed with the Alpha Wolf Drop-Point Hunter knife, this combo is constructed from D2 tool steel. High-carbon D2 tool steel is double drawn, fully annealed and cryogenically treated at -200°F for superior edge retention.
