In the early 1800s during the peak of the Fur Trade, beaver pelts and fox furs trapped in North America were regularly found on the streets of London and Paris. The fur trade was based on pelts destined for the luxury market. Today, our premium-grade No. 1 Northern furs will give your home or cabin an outdoors touch without having to travel far. All are trapped when the fur is at its prime, ensuring you receive it in the best possible condition. With it's multi tone color scheme, the northern grey fox is a great wall hanger and conversation piece. With grey/silver backs, a white throat patch, orange cheeks and belly, and multi colored tail it is a very attractive and unique pelt. Overall length averages 40” with a 6” width and are case tanned.
