fish are harvested as the river flows into the mighty Gulf of Alaska in some of the most dangerous
waters in the state. Hand-picked and processed directly from the boat, these salmon are noted for their
deep red color, exceptionally rich flavor and countless health benefits. Special curing and smoking with
northwest alder wood results in deep gloss, rich smoke flavor and firm texture. Considered by many to
be the finest of all salmon, these sockeye fillets will be a mouth watering treat for holiday guests. Each
