Cabela's Smokehouse Jerky Juice – One Gallon

One of the secrets to great-tasting jerky is the marinade. Cabela's has combined just the right mixture of seasonings, spices and liquid to make scrumptious jerky every time. All you need to do is put 5 lbs. of meat, ground or strips, in a plastic bag and add 16 ounces of jerky marinade. The full gallon marinates 40 lbs. of meat. Cure overnight in the refrigerator. Remove the meat and dab away excess moisture. Dry the meat in a smoker, dehydrator or oven. It's that easy. One gallon. (16-oz. bottle shown.)
