Description: This is a Winchester model 42 in .410 gauge with a 26" full choke barrel. The bluing of the receiver shows minor wear on the underside of the receiver where someones hand would wear it. It has been finely engraved with game scenes on both sides of the receiver. There is minor pitting on the right side of the reciever and a few spots on the front of the barrel. The walnut butt stock shows some wear in that the finish has been worn off around the wrist and heel, but no cracks. The ribbed forend shows some wear where it was held when being hunted, but no dents or cracks.
