Description:
This Antique Winchester 1886 is a strong rifle. The rifle has a medium weight barrel that is why the gun weighs 9 ½ LBS. The wood and metal are very nice. The receiver has a lot of bright silver where the case color has faded but remains. The original milling lines are pronounced and the wood is strong. There is one small sliver of wood missing on the left side by the upper tang but it is minor. All in all a very nice collectable antique rifle.
