Description: Straight from the workbench of retired Browning engraver Ron Reimer, this is one great little takedown .22.Made between 1956 and mid year 1961, this rifle is substantially upgraded from its plain-Jane delivery configuration. Mr. Reimer covered the action with a deep-relief scroll engraving and then treated it to two-tone inlays. On the right is a gold inlay of a raccoon, atop the action a silver (white gold?) coyote baying at a gold moon, and on the other side a gold fox wears silver chest patch and legs. The metal is finished in a rich rust blue, adding visual impact to Reimer's craftsmanship. A magnificent piece of feathercrotch walnut provides the finishing touch for this one-of-a-kind Browning.
