Description: Francotte Magazine Rifle .375 H&H. Classic controlled feed action with floor plate and 26" barrel. Floor plate, trigger guard and metal grip cap with trap door have very delicate scroll engraving. Mounted on the receiver, a German Hensoldt Wetzlar 1.5-6. Also, an express rear with one standing two leaf and ramped bead front with flip up hood. Barrel has band with sling swivel. The bore is in very nice condition with good rifling. The matte finish bluing has one area ahead of the receiver which received light surface pitting, very minor. An excellent magnum rifle with a unique barrel and floor plate address, made for the Mayor of Geneve.
