Description: This is a Winchester model 70 Custom Safari Express Big 5 Edition 5 in .416 rem. mag. with a 24" barrel. The bluing of the receiver and barrel show no wear. The barrel has Dietrich Apel open sights with the front a hooded white dot post sight and the rear adjustable leaf sight. The firearm has had the internals honed with an engine turned bolt and follower. The beautifuly coloured deluxe Monte Carlo style walnut stock has fantastic grain and tiger stripping and fine checkering on the forearm and pistol grip that is crisp and sharp. The floor plate is engraved with a Cape buffalo, the words "Safari Classic" and "big five" inlaid in gold. This magnificant firearm comes with the origianl Winchester box.
