Description: This custom rifle built by J. K. Cloward in .416 Remington was built from a 1951 Winchester Model 70 action. This rifle has a 25 inch ported barrel with matte black finish and has an adjustable rear sight with ramped post front sight with hood over sight. A Leupold Vari-X III 1.5 to 5 power scope has been mounted over the receiver. The stock is of checkered walnut with cheek piece, pistol grip with rose wood grip cap, and has a Pachmayr Old English recoil pad. The stock shows a few light handling marks. This fine custom rifle remains in overall excellent condition.
