Butt Factory Steel
Metal Condition Good. Shows original bluing and contact marks consistent with field use. Finish is thin along the sharp edges and on the bolt knob. The muzzle shows a bit of very fine stippling, likely from having been clamped into a vice.
Wood Condition Good, overall. The stock has been rubbed with some sort of light oil. The borders around both the floor plate and lower tang screws appear lightly sanded. There's a 1/4” crack on the right side of the toe.
Bore Condition Excellent. Clean with sharp lands.
