Description: Krieghoff Drilling 16 Ga, 16 Ga. and 6.3x58 1/2mm. This classic boxlock drilling has the Suhl profile for the rear of the action. It is lightly engraved. We have been told that the rifle caliber is .25-35 Winchester, which was far more popular in Europe than it ever was here. 6.3 mm is .248 which would be the bore diameter. The length is a little long; not sure how that translates. The shot barrels are bright and smooth with 2 3/4" chambers. The button on the tang selects the rifle barrel and it has the Greener style safety on the left side. The rear sight pops up when the rifle barrel is selected. This would be a great pheasant gun with the rifle in reserve for the occasional coyote.
