Description: This Merkel 147E is a side by side boxlock with a scalloped action, Greener crossbolt, and side clips. The receiver, forend iron, and forend latch feature scroll engraving with game scenes. This gun is fitted with double triggers and an automatic safety. The stock is an oil finished walnut straight-hand stock with a checkered grip and a black buttplate. The checkered splinter forend is also oil finished.
