Description: This Colt 1911 was issued in 1981 to commemorate its designer John M. Browning. Built like the original 1911 before the A1 design changes, it is a typical early style Government model with a 5" barrel, GI length guide rod, double diamond grips, and a flat mainspring housing. It features a deep, rich blued finish and gold accents. The magazine is the early style with the lanyard loop. This gun has no noticeable wear or damage.
