Extremely high condition,Serial number suggests this was built on one of a series of Pre-War frames used to finish revolvers between 1947 through 1961 that Colt utilized to hasten production for civilian market after the World War II. Included Colt letter indicates no records on this piece and offers provenance on consecutive numbered single actions.
