Description: Beretta UGB25 Xcel 12 Ga. This gun has been very lightly fired. The bore is bright and smooth. This is a break open semi-auto 2 shot repeater. Careful study of the manual is necessary to properly assemble this gun. Once you have done it once or twice, it's no big deal. This gun is designed for competition such that when on the line and opened, it can be seen from a distance that the action is open and there is no live round on the exposed side loading tray. It is also designed so that the second shot is fired through the same barrel, with the same dynamics as the first shot. The low barrel aids in fast recovery, and the short recoil action avoids the dirt of the typical gas system, and reduces recoil. Thus is has advantages over both semiautos and over and unders.
