Three essential kitchen tools in one: meat tenderizer, smooth pounder and coarse pounder. The stainless steel 60-blade tenderizer makes even the toughest cuts of meat tender. It cuts down cooking time and is also a quick way to infuse marinades. The smooth pounder flattens cutlets, cracks crab shells and crushes garlic, bread crumbs, crackers or coarse spices. The coarse pounder tenderizes and textures steaks and thinner cuts. All components easily twist on to the handle and are dishwasher safe. Plastic storage base included.
