GSI Pioneerware™ features the classic speckled blue enamel finish over heavy-gauge steel that's become renowned the world over. Its durable heavy glaze has been kiln-hardened twice at 1,400° F to increase resistance to scratches and chipping. Three-ply construction maximizes heat distribution for even cooking temperatures, while the baked enamel finish makes cleanup a breeze.
