When the current or winds keep pushing you away from a hot spot or you've got a ways to go to reach a blind, paddling can consume valuable time. Old Town's Predator SS150 is designed with a square stern to handle up to a 5 hp motor. These canoes are light enough to put on a car-top carrier or carry to remote locations so you can access areas other hunters or anglers can't. The 40" width offers extra stability, and the 15'3" length and 850-pound capacity provides room for gear. The hulls are constructed with Old Town's patented PolyLink3™, a three-layer polythylene material that's lighter, stiffer and stronger than single-layer designs. Plus, its foam core provides built-in flotation to make these canoes nearly impossible to sink and helps make them extra quiet. The molded-in camouflage pattern also makes them less visible to wary game. Every canoe has vinyl gunwales, web seats and oar sockets and oar locks. Stern work deck has zippered mesh pockets and drink holders, while the jam cleat and anchor pulley system allows you to raise, lower and lock the anchor without leaving your seat.
