Bear® Archery Fred Bear Ausable Recurve Longbow

Named after the AuSable River, the home of the Grayling, Mich. Bear Archery plant, this longbow has many distinctive, high-quality features, such as a reflex/deflex design, a larger sight window, a full radiused grip and a crowned, cut on center arrow shelf. Three-layer limbs have a bamboo core, two layers of maple and a clear finish, while the two-piece riser is constructed of bubinga wood with a matching accent stripe. The limbs are backed with high-strength black fiberglass. Handcrafted tips are layered with black and white fiberglass for use with modern bowstrings. Tough, Dynaflight 97 Flemish Twist string. Available in right- and left-handed models.
