"very easy to install. look great on my 06 silverado. problem is i do not think they flair out enough, and so when it rains i still get plenty of water dripping in onto the door panel which is why i bought them in the first place."

"These raingusrds are the best ones I've ever owned. I usually buy the ones with the double sided foam tape that sticks on the paint above the window gasket. Those are okay, but fifteen minutes after opening the box, the Cabelas rainguards were on my truck and I was headed down the road. No sticky tape or allignment issues, and you don't have to worry about if you want to remove them someday how the heck you're gonna take them off! By far the best accessory I've bought for my new truck so far!"

"I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to figure out how to install them, but I read the directions, took them out to the truck and had them installed in less than 10 minutes. I'm all about gender equality, but it doesn't hurt to note that I'm a woman with no mechanical inclination. If I can install them, anyone can install them. They go in easily and look very nice."

"I purchased the two-piece front deflectors for my 2005 Chevrolet 2500HD Crew pickup. This is the second pair I have purchased, as I bought a pair for my 1999 Ford F-150. The pair I bought for the Ford worked great, but the pair I just bought for the Chevrolet creates annoying wind noise from about 50 mph and up. The noise is similar to the window being cracked open, but it is not. The noise is generated by the deflectors. The deflectors are very nice looking and more low profile than other brands I have seen. They snapped into the window channels perfectly and have not come loose at all. I hate to return them because they fit and assemble very easily and they look great. However, I cannot handle the noise so I plan to return them."

"These window deflectors are some of the best I've seen. They are very well made and fit into the track instead of having to be glued on. You can leave your window open a couple of inches go you have air flow to keep it cooler when parked and not have to worry about rain coming in. To me they add some wind noise but not to much. I also installed some on my Toyota RAV4 and like them very much but they have a little bit of gap in the track and rattle a little. They are still a very good product that are worth buying."

"I've used the type that stay on via an external adhesive and they were just ok or so, so and eventually one will come off or be knocked off and they're done. But these install in a snap, look sharp and do a great job. I doubt they will be plagued by the same problems that the adhesive type usually are, the fit is perfect.
I no some have been less then happy with these deflectors and all I can assume is that they may not be as good a fit on some makes and models? Mine are on a '06 Dodge Quad Cab and really do a great job. I highly recommend them."

"After reading all the great reviews, I was very disappointed with this product. The deflectors do not fit good at the front bottom part of my window, where it is supposed to rest in the rain gutter. It pushed the rubber rain gutter over and actually broke a piece of it off. I even bought a new rain gutter for my 1992 Chevrolet and installed, because I thought the other (original) one was worn out. The deflector then pushed on the new gutter so much, it broke a piece off of it. I took the deflectors off my truck and are sending them back. They will damage your vehicle. They are not molded right at the bottom front. It is a bad design."
