"Purchased the Steak Knives to add to my 8 piece Wushof Classic set. I will say these knives are incredibily sharp and hold an edge. While they are significantly lighter than the classic steak knive, ergonomics are the same and the knife performs well all around. If you'd like to save some money and not sacrifice much in the way of quality (compared to the classic), these knives are for you."
