"I have been using clipon sunglasses for my prescription glasses when fishing but I found I just didn't get the protection I wanted while on the water. I have used the wide line model several times now and they work great. Just make sure to measure your glasses correctly. Compared to other more expensive options I feel these were well worth the price."

"As you get older and the eyes go away, you have to submit to wearing glasses more and more. These sunglasses have let me wear my prescription glasses and the Cacoons over them comfortably allowing me to see fish at longer distances. I did not want to spend money on polorized prescription glasses that didn't have photochromatic ability to change with the light level and the Cacoons, while not perfect, do bridge that gap tolerably."

"I hated the clip-on shades I used to use, and I had found photochromic (automatic darkening) prescription lenses next to worthless, as they won't darken while you're driving in a vehicle with an even slightly tinted windshield. I saw a similar product advertised on tv (19.95! Call now!!) but they looked cheap, even in the commercial. I immediatley jumped on Cabela's website to see if something of reasonable quality was available. The coccoons are well above reasonable quality, and a bargain for this price, in my opinion. As long as you accurately measure your prescription frames, these sunglasses will fit tightly around them and lessen the possibility that their lenses will rub and scratch your prescrition glasses. The polarized lenses are optically fantastic, and they look pretty cool, too!"

"I got these sunglasses to wear over my regular seeing glasses while riding my motorcycle, but it does not do a good job of keeping my eyes from watering up while I'm driving.
