"Device works well--throws straight and long. Operation is easy.
However, assembly was a bear--holes did not line up, and we had finally to forget one hole. Directions were unclear."

"Easy to use. Use the picture on the box rather than the instructions to put it together. It throws very well in all directions with minimal effort. It fits in the boot of my little car and is quite light to carry. I will be putting some improved anchor points on it though because it does move around during use, this doesn't REALLY hinder the use of it that much though.The delivery to Australia was remarkably quick and painless.
If you want the ability to shoot alone, you will not regret buying one of these.
I love it."

"I am really impressed with this thrower. I'll often times shoot alone, and this thrower is ideal for me. It's lightweight and easy to take to the range. It throws well, and doesn't wear you out. I'm not real sure about it's ability to throw doubles, but that's not a deal breaker for me. The instructions are lacking, but it's so simple from the picture on the box it's obvious how it goes together. I've thrown four boxes of targets, and it hasn't broken one yet."

"Well built. If you want to shoot trap without assistance of another shooter, this is the unit for you. Load the trap by pulling the throw arm back - no real spring tension. Load the trap. Ready to shoot - step on the cocking mechanism which sets the spring, when it reaches a certain point, the trap arm throws forward. I highly recommend this unit."

"I just bought my first shotgun but I often go to the range by myself. While researching throwers I came across this product. It is everything it claims to be. I have taken it out a few times and it works great. It is so simple to use by myself. My wife has joined me on one trip to the range and because of her good experience with the 1-step she now wants her own shotgun!"

"Excellent product. Easy to use, safe, very well made, and extremely easy to load. Consistently throws clays. Also cool is how easy it is to adjust height and depth of throw (no tools required). Stays planted in the ground. The marketing is true... You can definitely use this by yourself..."

"I recently purchased the Trius One Step trap thrower and I have to say I am very pleased with it. It was very easy to assemble, and even easier to use. It consistantly threw 40+ yards and not all throws were in the exact same place. I like that it is small and easy to store and transport with very little to setup. The only drawback may be that smaller people may not be able to release the throwing arm if the spring is fully tensioned, but that just means the throws won't be as far. All in all I am extremely happy with the purchase and would recommend this trap thrower to anyone looking for something fun to do in their free time."

"Overall great product... just what I was looking for. Works great for the average guy that just wants to get some practice in by himself or have some fun with the buddies. The assembly instructions were junk, but it was pretty self explanatory. If they would have been better I would give this a 5."

"We've thrown a box of birds so far without fail. They go about 50 yards depending on the angle of launch.
Easy to use on your own, and my 11 year old can launch them without a problem as well. Seems like a real nice product.
I'll be keeping it a shed , so I sprayed the whole thing down with CorrosionX."
