RCBS Turret Replacement Head
Date:
As with the Press as a whole, very good quality. I load several calibers, so extra turrets are great for quick setup. I've purchased several in the past and I won't hesitate to buy another.

RCBS Turret Heads And Why i Buy them
Date:
RCBS Turret Heads And Why i Buy them, I have Been Buying Extra Turret Heads For One Reason and One Reason only..
We all know How Hard it may be for some Of the Dies We set up and Get it Just Perfect to Load a Round In a Cassing and Then If we take it off Then we have to go Throught the Pain of Getting it just Right once agin and So i Have Found that once you get It Dead on Just lock It In Tight and Leave it on the Turret Head.
And We also know that each Turret Head can Hold From 2 different Caliber to 3 different Calibers so With the Cost Of only a Few Dollars and the amout of reloading i do.
I have Found it So much Easier to just unbolt the Turret Head and Put another one on and then you have the Next Caliber that Is Pre-set and ready to go and In the Past the only issue i have had Is that you Get a bit of Brass cut off.
So what does this mean, it means it's time to Check your Casing that have been fired and made ready to reload and check the Proper Length of it, and It in My experence is that the cassing has Become Longer than the Requemended Lenght and Needs to be cut back and after you have taken The Time on these Expensive casins that you may be realoading The trim Is well worth the time and that so far is the Only Issue i have found and that is just From reloading the cassing a few times and And just have exceded the Proper Lenght So It's in my opinion to Buy extra Turret heads for al the major calibers i Reload and It save's time and all the Fustration of having to set up that same die set again and again.
So Thatis Why i Buy Extra Turrets Heads Because i Shoot a pile of Different Calibers on my Privete Range as well as also Reloadiing the 2 Off the wall and expensive Caliber Shotgun shells the 16 and the 28 gauge Shotgun and it pays to reload them due the Price of buying new ones and to date i can Get From 4 to up to 5 Relaods on a normal Store bought cassing and not the high grade ones but that is a different Story.
So if reloading it's well Worth Buying the Extra Turret Heads for the Different calibers that you use the most and reload the most.. So Enjoy Shooting and Always be safe and know of where your Projectile is going as In a Real good Back drop on any Range that you Might have made and Trees are not the ticket it kills them so make it out of a Major pile of Sand or fine Dirt that is rock Free so you Do not have a Flyer from shooting .. happy and Sfae Shooting and Or hunting It's a Real balst When your SAFE..

Works Well
Date:
You will not be sorry you purchased it. Strong construction and all the precise reloading you can do with a single stage press you can do with this at a much faster speed. Combine this with RCBS combo master scale and powder measure and you will build the most accurate loads possible as quickly as possible. It does not have the speed of a Dillon and I do have one for producing large amounts of ammo for cowboy action shooting where pin point accuracy is not needed but for hunting or benchrest, high power siloutte or any type of shooting where that pin point accuracy is needed this is the press for you.
