So the instructions aren't the best, but anyone out there with any experience using calls can see the potential in this lil beauty! This call makes a good sounding jackrabbit with plenty of volume. But the real gem is found when you remove the barrel of the call and use it as an open reed, unlocking a whole wide range of sounds not discussed in the instructions. Barks, Ki-Yi's, Howls, and even Bird Distress can be done on this call with the barrel removed and the volume is perfect! (I find most howlers are too loud or too dominent for the mid-west) Combine this call with Knight & Hales 2 in 1 predator call and you have all the sounds you need without bringing a ton of calls in field!
