Very consistent accuracy! And yes, you do have to clean your muzzleloader to have it shoot accurately and load easily. Blackhorn is the only thing that I have heard of that does not shoot very dirty. It is muzzleloading, get used to it. You don't know how good you have it with these new propellants! Real blackpowder was smelly, dirty, and VERY corrosive. You cleaned at least twice as long as you shot!
I have had excellent results with the 777 pellets. In my opinion, not as clean as advertised but stll better than pyrodex which is still a good product however smelly. After reading all of the other customer reviews regarding this product one stands out. This reviewer doesn't understand why their 50 gr 777 or pyrodex pellets don't weigh 50 grs.The answer is they're not supposed to.The 50 gr designation means they are "equivalent" to 50 gr of loose black powder in performance (theoretically).
Bought to use in new muzzle loader{traditions Ambush] Bought through cabela's. Shot 20 rounds through, clean up was normal. Very little smoke so sighting in was easy to see target just after shot placement. Will continue to use, just wish they came in 100 count.
