Absolutely Wonderful!

I had wanted to order a Tur-Duc-Hen for a long time but had talked myself out of it because of the price. I finally ordered one this Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. The meat was delicious. The dressing was delicious . And I was able to make a very tasty gravy. Another plus, there was no turkey carcass to deal with! Just pop the prepared turkey in the oven and wait for perfection to bake.

Tur-duc-hen

This was the first time I ever had a tur-duc-hen, I received it as a gift. It was sooooo delicious!!! It was so moist, golden brown and looked like a picture in a cookbook. The jambalaya stuffing was also exceptional. Will order one for agift soon and will probably order one for my family Thanksgiving dinner this year.

DO NOT DEEP FRY

We thought it would be ok to deep fry this and it wasn't. It fell apart and the stuffing went everywhere. So we salvaged it and put it in the oven - takes a long time to cook. Stick with a turkey - less hassle. Not really good tasting either.

i was REALLY excited about this one, but it didn't live up to my expectations. there really wasn't a lot of meat. the bulk of the weight was the stuffing, which was excellent, but i'd rather have more meat. the quality of the meat also wasn't very good, particularly the duck. disappointing, especially considering how much it costs.
