We used this cooler on an 8 hour tubing trip in upper 90 degree weather. I was amazed at how much it held! It fit a 30 pack, 12 bottles of water and 20 lbs of ice. We added some extra insulation around the inside which may have prolonged the life of the ice, which after 8 hrs the water was still cold! I loved the cup holders, they were very handy.
It would have been great if there was a mesh pocket somewhere on the outside to hold sunscreen, sunglasses and random items. Also, transporting the cooler was a little awkward since it only has the one handle. Overall I was very pleased with this cooler- it really took a beating through trees and rocks too!

This cooler is amazing for floating down the river! It holds about three 24 packs of beer plus like three bags of ice. You also do not have to worry about it flipping over and the contents falling out, it has not flipped on me once. The only thing bad about this cooler is, when you fill it up it gets really heavy and hard to carry.

awesome ice chest

We purchased this ice chest 4 yrs ago for use on the river and never had a problem with it. We absolutely love it! The lid has a zipper on it so it keeps your food and drinks in if it gets tipped over. Highly recommended if you are floating a river. It's greatness!!!
