Bummer
Date:
Like another reviewer, the air valve on one of the pontoons broke on the first use while inflating. It won't hold air and it's useless untill a replacement part comes. Called the company a week ago and I'm still without. If you order one of these, make sure you order replacement valves at the same time.

Beware of cold weather
Date:
I attempted to use my Skagit pontoon this weekend, it was cold, but not so cold that I thought there should be issues. Anyway as a I was inflating the pontoons, the internal locking catches on one of the values snapped off, which rendered the thing useless as it could not seal and hold air. Currently trying to get Classic Accessories to send me a replacement valve, I'll add an update as to how this repair process will go.

Great First Boat
Date:
After reading mixed reviews I was not hesitant to purchase this boat. Saw it at Cabelas and noticed its good overall quality. I bought it on sale a week ago and have taken it lake fishing with a 30lb thrust trolling motor an down my local river with up to class 2 rapids. It excelled on both. The river water temperature was freezing along with the air temp. The boat didnt loose any air pressure on the 5hr float. I am very pleased and would recommend it to first time pontooners. The warranty program is supposedly great and speedy to and will ship you a new pontoon in a couple of days no questions. Have fun and I hope this review helps you and your purchase. -Dave
