I thought this would be a great product, but I was wrong. I tried it with a 48" aftco 2" gaff and a cabela's gaff of the same size and it did not fit either gaff. The shaft of the gaff kept the gaff hook from going onto the holder. I called the company and they told me that variations in the gaffs caused this problem. They said I should cut off part of the holder to make it fit. I like buying products that fit the way they should when I buy it. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
