I read previous reviews on this product, which rated this mount mostly for the worse. However I went to cabellas and guess what!!! low and behold a perfect fit on my old model 312 22 cal. Benji!! It fit the rings on my 50 year old weaver V-22 3-6x 1 inch tube perfectly!!!!!GET THIS! I now have the first scope I ever had on the first gun I ever had. Moral of story keep your guns and acessories, dont trade and shop cabellas!!! Too bad this key board has no HAPPY FACE symbol ! I wish cabellas sold luthiers supplys!!!!

These work .... almost ....

I purchased both these mounts and a Benjamin-Sheridan Blue Streak .20 pump from Cabela's ..... they tighten snuggly onto the barrel ... but .... they will move side-to-side ever so slightly if you grab the scope .... so .... I used Gorilla duct tape (because it has a rubberized texture) as a shim between the mount and barrel .... sticky side of tape against the mount NOT the barrel .... now these work PERFECT .... when tightening, you MUST use a screw driver with a decent grip .... not a small hobby size ... do not worry about compressing the barrel and do not worry about stripping the screw ..... neither of us has the hand strength to do either ..... many people are complaining that these are loose on the barrel .... that is true for any B-Sheridan made in WI ..... these are made for B-Sheridan's made in NY .... basically any current manufacture Blue Streak, 397, 392, and Silver Streak ... to have made it easier to tighten down, the provided screws should have been hex head ... but once again, a decent screwdriver that you can get enough torque on will do the job .... I hope this convinces those of you still on the fence about buying these for your new B-Sheridan .....
