Lakesport™ Bell Pedestals

Need new seat bases for your boat? These bell pedestals are the way to go. Get the seat post with the base included or each part separately.

These pedestals have fixed or adjustable height. Both have a super-satin anodized-finish aluminum tube and include a 9"-diameter bead-blasted and powder coat finished base and seat mount with friction knob swivel control.
  • Fixed-Height Pedestal: 9" rise. 2-3/8" diameter tube
  • Adjustable-Height Pedestal: 14" to 20" manual adjust rise with friction knob control.

Hard anodized seat spiders come in two styles to fit your needs. Both have friction control and positive locking handles. One base has a fixed position, the other slides.
  • Fixed: 2-3/8" dia. tube
  • Sliding: 2-3/8" dia. tube

Ideal for many applications, this durable and sturdy line of bell pedestal seat posts has satin anodized tubing and brushed aluminum bases. Bases are 10" diameter.

defective hardware

Just received 4 of these pedestals today. tightened the blacks plastic handles that secure the swivel and slide feature of these seats.
When I loosened them they turned about one revolution and stuck and then would not turn either direction.
Tried another pedestal and same thing. Did not open the other two, called Cabelas, talked to a helpful agent and will be sending them back ASAP

Good pedestal; changed out the screws

Used the fixed pedestal for a fixed height for safety. I attached the pedestal to my Livingston Cat up front but because it is a salt water boat I used stainless hardware and silicon around the screws. So far its doing well and I'd recommend the product.

The Lakesport pedestals are a good looking, well made, easy to use product and mount to my new Cabelas seats with ease. Fortunately the seats came with all mounting screws and bolts or I would have had to make a trip to the hardware store. I guess for the low price, they couldn't include good stainless screws. Overall a 4star.
