"Considering the price I have to pay for a half dozen snap swivels in a retail store, this is a real good bargain. They close and open well and do the job. The "except..." comes because the first one I tied on and jerked tight to test the knot broke at the barrel. That was the only problem so far."

"I have several sizes of these weedless snap-swivels.
The larger sizes are good, strong & reliable.
The small sizes are definitely to be avoided, 1" & under.
The metal body slides up & down the snap, leaving it open with, you bet, lures lost on the cast, a snag, worse lost fish & lure.
That body also falls off, leaving you with wire dangling on the swivel.
The wire is soft, bends out of shape sometimes on first use, and won't stay in the catch.
So, Big=OK... Small= no good.
I like weedless snaps in many situations. Oddly, they're hard to find in small sizes in a useable quality."
