Cabela's Dehydrator Cart for 80-Liter Food Dehydra,March 14, 2008

"If you have, or are getting, the 80 Liter Dehydrator, do yourself a favor and buy the Cart also. I didn't purchase the cart when I first bought the dehydrator, and I soon realized that that "beast" was way too heavy and bulky to carry around every time I wanted to make jerky. Now, I just wheel it out of the corner, prepare my jerky, and when I'm done I just roll it back. Much easier now."

Cabela's 80L Dehydrator Cart,March 1, 2008
By MaryinWisconsinfrom Pardeeville, WI
"Functional, but of poor design. Cart is assembled using cheap, brittle plastic parts. Broke one caster while trying to "seat" a shelf on its plastic hanger. The metal shelves are solid enough that the cart is not flimsy, but it needs better quality, more durable casters and shelf hangers or a different, better design. Suggest you assemble the poles and hang the shelves before you screw the casters in place as it takes some pounding to get the shelves seated and level on the hangers and the cheap plastic casters don't tolerate much shock before failing."
